Please keep in a personal cooler outside, or bag and place directly into freezer No smoking on the premise, if you wish to smoke please use the farthest picnic table in the large yard from the units Please do not use bath towels for dogs and feet that have played on the beach.

Neighborhood

Searose Beach only has a handful of homes & an RV park on it and the beach has limited public access near the Beachcomber. Often times the beach will be all yours. This stretch of coast is one of the most beautiful on the entire West Coast and we are located just a couple miles from charming Yachats, as well as close to the Sea lion Caves, Devils Churn, Yaquina Head, and many many other tourists sites. Dozens of hikes are nearby and great mountain biking roads as well as wild mushrooms hunting spots abound.

WOW. Walking through the doors of this property you immediately have an amazing view of the ocean, right out your sliding glass door. It literally took our breath away when we opened the door. Loved all the sleeping options and the full kitchen. Although the bathroom is small it suited our family of four totally fine. Opening the window and listening to the waves crashing while reading a book on the comfy couch was so relaxing. Close to sea lion caves and Yachats and the lighthouse. I loved the people and town of Yachats, amazing food and art

James’ place was great! Perfect for the small weekend, our two dogs had the best time thanks to him allowing dogs! Very pleased with the house and accommodations to get down to the beach. Thank you! We will stay again!
